How It Works
We'd rather explain this honestly than oversell it. Here's what our approach involves, what a session actually looks like, and what we can and can't promise.
← Back to The ShiftpointThe Approach
Our sessions use frequency-based equipment, including the Elybra bio-resonance system, as part of a wider approach to recovery support. The equipment is used alongside — not instead of — genuine, unhurried conversation with your practitioner about your circumstances and what you're hoping to change.
We're deliberately plain about what this is and isn't. It's a complementary therapy, not a medical procedure, and we don't claim it works by "neutralising" substances in the body or eliminating withdrawal outright. What clients consistently tell us is that they find it easier to manage cravings and stick to the changes they want to make — and that's the honest basis on which we offer it.
We are not a medical detox facility. If you have a significant physical dependency — particularly on alcohol or opiates — sudden or unsupervised withdrawal can be medically dangerous. We'll always ask about this honestly in your first conversation, and may recommend involving your GP or a medical detox service alongside your sessions with us.
What A Session Looks Like
Before you start
Your practitioner talks you through what's about to happen, so nothing feels unfamiliar or rushed. You're welcome to ask as many questions as you need to feel comfortable.
During the session
You sit comfortably in a chair for the session, which typically runs 2 to 4 hours. It's non-invasive — there's no contact beyond simple sensors — and most clients find it a genuinely restful couple of hours.
Afterwards
We check in on how you're feeling, talk through what to expect over the next few days, and agree what — if anything — comes next.
How It Works
Our treatment method works by using three scientific principles: Every substance has a specific 'energy signature' (Hz & kHz), opposing frequencies neutralise and cancel each other out, and health can be improved with beneficial input frequencies.
We use precise frequency programs which 'counteract craving' by neutralising the effects of a substance. Cancellation occurs when two waves of the same wavelength cancel each other out (A+B) — an effect also widely used by sound engineers to cancel unwanted background noise.
Clients simply sit back and relax during the safe and painless treatment process, which takes two, three or four hours. After each session, the physical dependency is reduced to new lower levels until down to zero.
The body responds to beneficial input frequencies which can help improve physical and mental health. When the physical urge or craving is gone or greatly diminished, it is much easier to stop drinking, break the habit, and regain control.
Roughly How Long
These are starting points to help you picture what's involved — not guarantees. Your actual plan is agreed with you directly, based on your circumstances.
Alcohol — lighter, everyday use
Often just a handful of sessions
Alcohol — heavier or longer-term use
Typically more sessions, spaced out
Cocaine & crack
Varies with frequency of use
Opiates, cannabis, ketamine, tobacco
Agreed individually after your first call
We'll always be upfront if we think your situation needs more support than we can offer alone — including medical supervision for heavier alcohol or opiate use.
